As we can all see from the picture, i went out with my 3 beautiful classmates to KBox on Sunday and MAN did i enjoy myself haha. PS: i am not talking bout the accompany with girls, i am talking bout the singing experience at Kbox lol dont think otherwise. From left is Peiyin, Huizhen then Yuying. It is RARE (i said RARE) going out with Peiyin haha. She said that i never invite her for the other outings lol. Yah quite true i feel bad lol, i almost forgot bout her presence because ever since she is attached with a boyfriend, i keep thinking that she isnt free to go out with us haha. I assume too much haha, i wont miss her out again next time and yah, welcome to the crazy group. And i just miss hanging out with my JC classmates. I miss those good old time having fun in class with them haha. Peiyin was the assistant class rep, Huizhen was the math rep and Yuying was the chem rep. I was the Class rep and PE rep (kanna sabo for tat one zzz). Ok enough of the old memory chat, it is the present that counts and i love my friends =)

Back to Kbox. Met up with Yuying first followed by Peiyin at the escalator. Huizhen came later cuz she still got lab work to do on a SUNDAY in school. Ate at the foodcourt first cuz Kbox was full and the counter girl said that i can only make a reservation at 2pm. Wanted to buy a food at this store when i saw cockroaches crawling out of it. Yuying saw it too, so did the stranger next to me and i just give him the "you saw it too rite?" queer look haha. Yuying and i walk off immediately cuz tat just spoil our mood haha. Got myself a decent and cheap food and we chit chat a bit. The girls went to buy drinks again and they saw cockroaches climbing around AGAIN! What is wrong with the kopitiam food court in JEC? Seems like it is infested with roaches. Somebody call the NEA to check on them please. We need to guard against Aedes mosquitoes but dont forget bout those yucky roaches too. Huizhen finally arrived so off to Kbox.

We decided to get a room when the counter girl ask if i wanted a normal or student package. Student package of course lah since i am still technically a student lol. So she asked for our student pass for the routine verification and also asked for Peiyin and Yuying's student pass. LOL they cant haha, cuz they have already graduated. No more student liability for them haha. So i said "normal package for them" and Huizhen gave me the "ARE YOU NUTS" look haha. No choice lah we already discuss tat earlier girl. For "integrity" purpose, as said by Peiyin haha. Anyway i couldnt use my Kbox voucher cuz it is only valid for use in groups of 5 at least. Wasted lor. Nah we are all working adults already, we have enough to pay for ourselves lah haha. Not sure bout Huizhen though haha.

During Kbox-ing, Huizhen keep eating those tidbits and keep asking the people for refill lol. That poor boy come in and out like dont know how many umpteen times refilling haha. Ok lah she also help me to refill my Sprite haha. I tink Huizhen is equally or maybe even more cheapo than me haha. We are equally cheapo and cam-whoring freaks haha. Huizhen was very blunt lor cuz when i asked Peiyin if she got bring her camera she just went: "Peiyin you die liao lah. He is a damn cam-whore freak. He is going to own your camera later." Lol tats quite true haha, but look whose calling the kettle black. She also take a lot lor and somemore very demanding leh, keep editing and deleting photos from the camera itself lol. Look who is in possession of the camera haha.

We sang all the way from 2pm till 7pm straight, right down till the time when the counter girl got to cut away our song selection privileges to prevent us from ordering more songs haha. The room given to us was also crappy. The leather sofa was coming off and it was so small zzz, and so cramp i cant stretch my legs out fully haha. I think Ah Du, Tank, Jay Chou and JJ's song are towards my level, especially Ah Du. Huizhen selected those english song and yah i love tat Take a Bow by Rihanna lol. Peiyin and Yuying were just amazed by the way we act from singing tat song haha. Please haha. Overall here are the ranking for the best singer award for tat day. Starting from the best: Peiyin > Yuying > Huizhen/Me. Lol yah i noe lah my voice stinks haha, i suck at singing haha but who cares lol. Ok Huizhen is going to kill me when she sees this haha. Peiyin and Yuying are very good. they can see the female duet songs really nicely especially the one by Stefanie Sun and Tanya Chua. For me i just try to blend in whenever i can haha and Peiyin said i was trying to make fun of those songs more like embedding my feelings into it haha. I tink i only put in my feelings to sing for certain songs only. 90% of the time i was goffing around lol.

Me and Huizhen's turn to sing haha. I tink Peiyin took this photo of us cuz of the way we sing the "Take a Bow" by Rihanna. We just acted in a very drama and "bitchy american girl" style haha. Gasp this look so unglam haha.

Cam-whoring again haha. Me and Huizhen just feel up like 90% of the photos with freaky shots lol. I am defaming myself with all these unglam shots lol.

I purposely leave out the better looking photos of me from the blog haha. I will post them on my facebook or friendster haha. But boy tat was quite a number of unglam shots i took on tat day haha. I dont look tat ugly i was just playing around with poses and the camera haha. Lalala.

I got quite a number of smses from my student during my Kbox trip with the girls lol. Dexter smsed me and ask me some science questions. He even sent me the "dont eat M&M and etc made in china food product" sms haha. Yanhong asked if i was going to be online any sooner lol. I thought i would be online early, blame the dinner at pizza hut haha. Me and the girls were like walking out of the JEC like if going back home then we just reverse back again, walk around and in the end ate at pizza hut lol. The waiteresses there are really polite i love it haha. I ordered a 6" pizza for myself, same for Yuying, Peiyin ordered her usual curry baked rice and diet queen there ordered a garden salad for herself haha. She came back with a bowl full of veges lol. We just sit down and chit chat about our lives and how sucky it is to be working. Oh yah we even discuss about the difference between Venus and Mars (meaning girls and boys) haha. I was like "how come you girls just endure tat kind of shit if i were you i would like.... and Peiyin said tat was how her boyfriend reacted too haha. Looks like the mentality between woman and man are just too different, and i am glad tat i am still a man, always will be lol. Suddenly we got 2 groups of people singing happy birthday songs behind us haha. Looks like we got 2 different group of people celebrating 2 different birthdays on the same date haha. Wat a blessing to them. Lol and Peiyin went: "so do you still remember when my birthday is?" and i was like yah....vaguely LOL. Haha i feel so bad but they also cant remember mine lor haha. Lol we have a lot of people celebrating birthdays on the month of July, very hard for me to know all leh haha. Lol though it is nice to have someone to remember your birthday, not remembering doesnt mean forgetting about it. I know when someone's birthday is coming, but i never get a chance to remember the details haha. Details, details, i always miss the details haha. Lol guess whose one is coming next =P

Definitely for sure. I will go out with them again, perhaps to club next time haha. Mother couldnt make it cuz she was busy. Shu Jun busy with dont know wat again i tink she got test haha. I also got tests coming but i am not like her haha. After hearing from Peiyin's experience, i am reconsidering my goal about doing Honours already. She is right. Even if you manage to get a CAP score of 4.5, you might be secured a chance of getting 1st class honours but it still boils down on your Honours project. If u get a sucky grade like B, even B+ will destroy your 1st class honour dream. So yah, it is really damn hard to get a 1st class honour. I am at 2nd upper currently but what's the use, i might be stopping at 3rd year with a simple Bachelor degree. My parents are counting on me to work already even right now, i am helping with bills to ease my parent's workload. Mum and dad are getting old, bro is going to the army soon. It is up to me to support the family. 3 years of studies in NUS should be enough. The extra 100-200 dollars from the title "honours degree" isnt going to make a difference. I need to do a reality check again.

And dont give me the "if you have the potential to pursue a higher level acadamic, dont waste it" lecture. Everyone comes from a different family background. When i say enough, i mean enough. Unless someone offers me a scholarship and pays off my 20k bank loan haha. And i dont want the MOE scholarship HAHA.

I will never be a teacher, never ever haha. Till the economy finally collapse haha.
