And she's the reason Part II

Continuation from my previous post. First let me talk a bit about the recent Chinese New Year event. Ang bao collection is still plain normal like last year, nothing much and nothing lesser. Cousin Joan cut her hair which makes her look a bit like Jeanette Aw. Got to thank her also for being so "generous" in her Ang bao haha. Marry a rich husband liao so status is different, and so is the amount in the Ang bao haha. The rest of my younger cousins look the same to me, cept for their height haha. Bless their god damn genes for growing so tall, envious sia. Learnt a new gambling game call "Kua Orh" or Looking at the King from direct translation. It's kinda an old auntie like game, a bit like mahjong with chinese chess meaning. Seems pretty interesting to me and i just learn it in just a short while, guess i am blessed with gambling genes haha. Went over to my father's side today at Tampines. Boring as usual cuz we are not close to that side, didnt stay for too long. Overall the CNY event for this year is still the same like last year: BORING at gatherings, TIRED from playing mahjongs and CONTENTED with the ang bao collection. I wonder when i will get back the photos taken during the gathering, i want to see how good i look in the picture haha =P

Back to the main point. Went out with Fizah, Yuying and Kitty to Holland Village on saturday. Wanted to go somewhere further to drink but becuz of CNY coming, me and Yuying couldnt stay too long so it will be best to go somewhere closer to drink. Went to have a bite at this place *i forgot the name* cuz Kitty was feeling hungry. Let the photos below do the talking:

Me and my cheapo $3.95 Newer Better Brownie (NBB for short in the menu). Kinda hard, sweet and has got lots of nuts inside. Did i mention that i DONT LIKE TO EAT NUTS, DAMN! Wouldnt have order that if i noe that they got nuts inside. And no, i also dont like the tiny M&M chocolates, i dont even like chocolate in the first place. Ordered it cuz its the cheapest item in the menu haha.

Fizah and her sinful brownie cheesecake. Talk about slimming and losing weight eh, that cheesecake is so gonna ruin her diet HAHA. It was really delicious though, and the most expensive cake on the menu haha. Just look at her pose in that photo, sinful greed and sinful lust sia LOL

Yuying and her hot crispy apple crumble. Yummy-licious i must say. It's hot, taste like apple, and crispy, LOL. I like the sweet apple sauce, it makes the whole thing look really appetizing. The crust tastes good too not like those that you bite and tasted like a chunk of flour. Middle range pricing also, it's worth a try.

Kitty and her huge mocha chocolate cake. It was like the biggest slice of cake among the 4 of us and i wonder why. Is it because of the price or was the person cutting it just being plain generous haha. Anyway it was so big that she couldnt finish it. She passed it to me and i couldnt finish it as well lol. The mocha fudge was damn sinful and the cake was soft and spongy. A delicious devil like Fizah's cheesecake. $6.95 is definitely worth for this cake, so much so that you cant even finish it LOL.

After that we went over to Wala-wala. The place was damn crowded and we were told that we can only stand if we go in. Duh, who would want to stand while drinking. They got nice air-con and cool band playing inside but if we need to stand, we will rather go somewhere. So we went over to another place *i forgot the name again lol* and they got space for us to sit. The price was also a lot cheaper compare to Wala, and talked about excellent service, the nice waitress served us cold water automatically while we were deciding wat to order. Thumbs up for their service there and to that waitress. I was kinda embarressed by the waitress cuz she couldnt hear properly to wat i was ordering. Damn you lah Hafizah! She got to order such a weird and DISGUSTINGLY NAMED drink and i was feeling so awkward and embarressed telling that to the waitress. And the girls *including the waitress* just LOUD OUT LOUDLY LOL LITERALLY when i said out the title of that drink. OMG, unglam moment for the day sia. I am sure that waitress was still laughing at my back, damn pai say. I am being a gentleman here and i got to order THAT kind of drink for Fizah. I am going to strangle her grrr. The waitress also recommended us the Nachos there. The mexican chill sauce was very good but the cheese tasted quite diluted. Chit chatted a lot about Kitty's relief teaching experience when she encountered a primary 2 boy who shitted in her class tat time. She wanted to laugh but she endured. Lol poor boy sia, thank god tat never happen to me haha. And of course, how can i not take photos during the drink. Once again, my pictures will speak another thousand words for me. This is going to be one damn long post i tell you haha.

Mua and my Cranberry Cooler. Non-alcoholic drink by the way cuz i dont like alcoholic drink. And its one of the cheapest drink too haha. Wanted to order Cosmopolitan but they said that it's more of a girls' drink. So i dont order lor cuz i dont want to be labelled as a wuss, especially by tat waitress haha.

Stupid Fizah and her PUSSY FOOT! Imagine me saying that to the waitress "i want a pussy foot". DAMN EMBARRESSING SIA! And i know she was going to order that when i saw the menu. It is just...just...so fizah like of her to order that kind of sinful drink. Non-alcoholic btw she also dont like alcohol. But PUSSY FOOT, wat kind of stupid name is tat zzz. And i have no idea wat is inside tat Pussy Foot, i cant taste anything natural out of it. It's not cat flavour btw zzz. Papaya maybe?

3 cheers to our JC friendship, 03S2 forever. JC was my best time ever during my education journey, and of course i am equally enjoying tat too with my uni buddies. So we finally end off by taking a taxi back home. The taxi driver purposely took a big uturn out to the expressway dont tink i dont noe lor. Its only because i dont noe the way out doesnt mean tat i am tat stupid not to realise tat he is taking the long route home. Next time i promise that i am going to be damn sarcastic to any taxi driver who purposely EAT their way through taking long roads just to earn more money. I know they are trying to earn living but i would prefer them to earn it with dignity.

My holidays are coming to an end, finale finally. Lab and tutorial sessions are starting next week, and so are the countless quiz. Time to gear up for preparation but for now i will enjoy the last few bits of my remaining holidays here. Happy Chinese New Year to all, time to work my life off like an ox for the rest of this year haha.

I have my reasons for the way things they are today. I have my reasons for how i want things to be at my way, and i dont need to give you a reason for everything i do.
