Relieve relief

FINALLY the school called me down for relief teaching haha. Now i noe why they took so long to call becuz they already have got a lot of relief teachers. Looks like i will be facing a lot of competition from them, mostly waiting to enter university. Makes me look like really old (technically i am older then them haha) among them.

Saw a lot of familiar faces as usual, quite happy to see them. Yanhong they all came by to disturb my 2A class, so nice of them to visit while i am reliefing haha. I didnt get a chance to relief the sec 3 classes so yah, too bad. Besides the change in the format for the timetable i dont tink there has been much changes going on in the school. Everybody seems to be doing fine as usual. While waiting for class to start, Yanhong they all kept disturbing me at the canteen lol. I almost lost control of myself and crap with them haha but i got to watch my position now. School is a different place compare to outside, i must try to keep a low and quiet profile haha.

Almost puke blood when i reliefed 1N3 today. They are a bunch of really nice and NOISY KIDS lol. Miss Koh kinda reprimanded me for being too carefree when i let 2-3 ppl go to the toilet. She knew that i couldnt handle 1N3 well right from the start, how mortified. Thanks for the help Miss Koh, she gave them extra homework to do so that they wont make too much noise and make it easier for me to handle. I really cant shout in class and i almost lost my voice today thanks to 1N3 haha. But they are just cheeky, very lively class i would say. But definitely not a heavenly experience to relief them haha cuz they are way too noisy for me to handle. They keep shouting "cher cher cher!" cuz they were asking me to help them with their composition correction and i was like "wait lah LINE UP LINE UP" but my puny voice got drown out by all their "AH AH YA YAH BLAH BLAH BLAH" zzzz. So many classics today. There was this boy who kept hiding under my desk zzz, one boy kept losing his wallet and a group of girls keep yelling for toilet like if they have some bladder problem haha. I was enjoying myself by bitching at them but i dont tink they understand my sarcasm, like talking to a wall lol. I felt so utterly helpless and amused by their behaviour haha. Kids will always be kids.

2A was fine, very discipline. I took a peek at their results and most of them did quite well, as expected from the finest sec 2 class. 5N1 was really hardworking too and i can see that they are really preparing for their upcoming O levels. Overall i would call this a good start for my relief teaching journey. The only bad part is that i need to compete with so many relief teachers for the slots to relief and frankly, i dont tink my chances are tat high. Oh well, better once than never. Wait till more chances in July lor, or maybe the teachers or Mdm Jasmine can help me "dig" my way through haha. See how it goes again tomorrow.

It's feels so good to be back once again. I miss the people and the money, but i miss the people more.
