Time really flies. This is the most happiest day of my life, LITERALLY!

Lets talk about something sucky first. Lab today, horrible HORRIBLE! Started from 10am and worked all the way till 5pm STRAIGHT! No breaks in between, no lunch, not even a sip of god-damn water! We just work all the way throughout. We couldnt stop at all cuz all the reactions were happening simultaneously one after another, back to back. There just isnt enough time for you to "put the chemicals at one side to react than you go have lunch with everyone." Everybody was working at a different pace. In the end Chee Keong, You Mei, Wee Wee and I were the last few remainder working in the lab. It was a really long day working in the lab, i swear tat my life has been shorten by 2 months from inhaling those toxic reagents haha. Chemists have a short life. Now i will see Grignard Reagent in a different way. Looks like caramel or malt candy or peanut butter, the crude solution looks like ginger tea. The carbonated residue looks like sesame paste, the purified liquid looks like chrysanthemum tea. The end product looks like milk powder haha. Ethel and Gwen just laughed at the way i describe those chemicals into food haha. Spice up the boredom in the lab, bo liao mah haha.

Went out with the gang after Dr Adrian's lecture. We went to PS and i got a ride on Yin Ngai's car again. Thought tat we can make it there after 8pm to avoid the ERP haha but too bad lor we reach there early. Angelina, Rachel, You Mei and I decided to shop first and we formed the "Charlie's Angels" group haha. I am Charlie while the girls are my angels, rock on! I haven been to PS for months already since school reopened, i am itching to shop haha. Fox has got this black and white season sale and they were selling a lot of really cool black and white clothes. I wanted to buy but i dont have enough money with me, i got to control my shopping urge. Endure till christmas, must endure to christmas year end sale. Soon Yin Ngai joined us after he parked his car. The angels (i mean the girls) were really taking their time shopping and trying out clothes haha so me and Yin Ngai just decided to walk around, i am not in 100% shopping mood yet so just window browsing. Walked down and met up with the guys who came by bus and train so time to rally the angels back.

The gang went to eat at Secret Recipe. Angels came strolling late haha. I couldnt decide on wat i want to eat. In the end after being wishy-washy for so long i decided to eat the Prawn Arabba-Ali-Baba-i-forgot-the-name. So in the end everyone, well almost everyone ordered different meals to eat. I was sharing food with the angels while the guys just ordered hard core main course meal haha. My food wasnt spicy, You Mei's one wasnt cheesy enough and Angelina's one dont have enough sauce. Felt cheated eating there haha. Chit chatted halfway through when Rachel said something about "i want to eat protein." It raised an alarm to Chee Keong and soon to the guys haha. Didnt take too long for Rachel to realise what the guys were thinking. I feel so sick in the head haha. Anyway the waiter came by suddenly and asked if we got order any Raspberry cheesecake or Banana cake and we were like "did we, got meh?" Lol the waiteress was kinda embarress too haha. Wow in the end i didnt expect a cake coming. I really didnt expect tat and Chee Keong said tat i was acting lor. Not acting lor haha maybe my acting skill too pro liao but really not acting lor. Kanna NG for the first time so got to get the waiteress (surprising they only have GIRLS working in the Secret Recipe shop in PS, hmmm) to relight the fire haha. Sing sing a bit and its time to cut the cake. Wow i didnt realise tat it would be tat difficult to cut a cake haha, i dont have the skill. In the i got to ask the angels to service me haha i kinda feel lousy as a guy, cut even cut a proper cake. You Mei was very pro at cutting haha. Took pictures, will post them up soon. Went back home after that and it was quite late already. Will give it a rest for today, i will do my lab report again tomorrow.

This is one of the most memorable day tat i ever had, beats falling in love haha. My family dont have the tradition of celebrating it, neither did i celebrate it during my primary and secondary school days. My JC friends bought me some gifts but never did i have a chance to experience something like this in my life. I didnt get a chance to celebrate it either when i was in the army cuz of commitment and everyone was busy. I didnt celebrate 21st year too. Today is my very first time, yah the VERY FIRST TIME celebrating it with my friends in a group. Sounds kinda lame rite, but yah it's the first time. And because it is the first time, it will be the best ever in my memory. I really want to thank Chee Keong, Zhen Jian, Yong Cong, Yin Ngai, Guang Rong, Rachel, Angelina and You Mei for celebrating with me today.

I want to thank a lot of my other friends too for their lovely smses. Simple, meaningful and thoughtful. Thank you to the people in the lab like Ethel, Gwen, Stephanie, Wan Ling and others (sorry i dont noe your names yet i know who u are haha) but i am surprise tat they know what day it was today too. How the hell did they know but WHO CARES, the more the merrier haha. Sorry Kitty i cant go out today cuz i have been "prebooked" for today's event. Will make up for a drink next time, i still own you one haha. Want to thank my students too like Yan Hong, Yiqun and Kai lin for their smses. Commander waited for me lor but by the time i come online very late liao he cant stay up too late haha. Honoured leh commander waited for me =P. I got a lot of lovely walls write up and friendster comments from many of my friends. Really thank you, thank you all so much. Got so many i scare i dont have time to reply my thanks to all haha, must put disclaimers here first in case ppl thought i dao them by not replying their wishes haha.

I must learn to be a better person. Even though i am not supportive, i could at least learn to be more thoughtful. I thought i was but it wasnt enough. Excuses, some times i feel that i am a lousy friend. But so, people still accept me for who i am and i wont take advantage of them doing tat. All the more i should be a better person not just for myself, but for the sake of everyone around me. Yong Cong has got lab tomorrow, Rachel needs to submit lab report tomorrow, Chee Keong and You Mei still got socio meeting. I always claim to be busy but ppl can make time up to accomodate with me, why shouldnt i? So they said "wah your wish very long leh", yah i know i am greedy haha. I got a lot to change for myself mah haha. I am a greedy miser =)

And by the time you read unitl here and you still dont have any idea as to what i am talking about, let me tell you this: "TODAY IS MY FUCKING 22ND BIRTHDAY YOU HEAR THAT, SLOWPOKE!"
